Overview
Take the guesswork out of creating 3D-printable threads in Fusion 360 with custom ISO Metric thread profiles featuring precise tolerances. Designed specifically for FDM and resin printers, these profiles allow for easy, reliable assembly without compromising fit or finish.
Features
- Custom Tolerances: ISO Metric Profiles include tolerance adjustments from 0.1mm to 1.0mm in 0.1mm increments for optimal printability.
- Easy Installation: Simply install the add-in, restart Fusion 360, and access new profiles directly in the Thread tool—no manual editing required.
- Consistent Performance: Eliminate scaling workarounds and achieve dependable, professional-grade results on every print.
How It Works
The add-in installs custom thread profiles for Fusion 360’s Thread tool, adding ISO Metric options with clearance adjustments optimized for 3D printing. It’s an effortless solution to ensure your threads are functional and fit right out of the printer. Add-in will automatically run at startup to ensure thread profiles are not lost due to updates, ensuring a reliable workflow.
